Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on November 2, 2012 by assignment recorded on November 7, 2012 at Instrument No. 201209374 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
