TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />You are hereby notified that EDUARDO ASCENCION, single person and ALREDO <br />ASCENCION and BLANCA ASCENCION, husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or about <br />December 12, 2015, make, execute and deliver unto the Trustee, a Deed of Trust where said <br />Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />LOT 1, BOLANOS SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA SUGJECT TO THE INGRESS /EGRESS EASEMENT <br />RECORDED ON THE BOLANOS SUBDIVISION PLAT <br />as security for payment of a promissory note between the Trustors and EDWIN D. BOLANOS <br />and ANGELA M. BOLANOS Beneficiaries of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on <br />December 16, 2015, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />instrument # 201508477. <br />MARVIN L.
