<br />This Indenture, Made this 18th day of January, in the year of our Lord, 2018 between Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, (a
<br />Cemetery Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, party of the first part, and William C and Sharise E Hadenfeldt of the County of Howard, and State of Nebrasska, party of the second
<br />part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Fourteen Hundred Sixteen Dollars and no /100
<br />DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said
<br />parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: Third Addition, Row 45 (Section I), Plots 45, 46, 47,and 48 in Mount
<br />Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws,
<br />Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor
<br />Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and their heirs and
<br />assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful
<br />authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal
<br />to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its Board Member and Clerk the day and year first above written.
