<br />BERNICE ZIOLA formerly known as BERNICE ADAMS, and ALBERT E. ZIOLA, Wife and Husband,

<br />of land Thirty Three (33) feet in width adjoining, being the full length of Lot
<br />Seven (7), Block Seven (7), Claussen's Country View Addition, on the East side
<br />thereof, formerly being a part of Plum Street, all being in the Claussen's
<br />Country View Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Grantor covenants ( jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances subject to easements,
<br />reservations, covenants and restrictions of record
<br />( 2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
