<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 16, 2013, executed by Robert J. Schultz and Kristin L. Schultz, whose address is 12788 W
<br />Chapman Rd, Cairo, NE 68824 -9464; as Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE BANK, York, Nebraska, is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded April 18, 2013 in Instrument No.
<br />201303063 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has
<br />received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING therefrom the following: A tract of land being part of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of Section Eight (8), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of said Section 8 and assuming the South line of the Southwest Quarter as bearing N 89° 55' 37" E and all
<br />bearing contained herein are relative thereto; thence N 89° 55' 37" E and on the South line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter; a distance of 609.0 feet to the actual point of beginning thence N 89° 55' 37" E and continuing on the South
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 806.0 feet; thence N 00° 04' 23" W a distance of 610.0 feet; thence S
<br />89° 55' 37" W and parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 806.0 feet; thence S 00° 04'
<br />23 E a distance of 610.0 feet to the actual point of beginning.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Real Estate located in SW 1/4 8- 12N -11W, Hall County,
<br />NE, NE.
