<br />DOLLAR consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims to and conveys to
<br />MARY L. HARP, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.

<br />age, was of sound mind and memory and under no constraint or undue influence; and
<br />that the witnesses make this affidavit at the request of Raymond E. Harp, Grantor.
