<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Astra Bank of 105 South Saunders, City of Sutton, County of
<br />Clay, State of Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed dated December 17, 2015, executed by
<br />Interstate Holdings, LLC as trustor, in which Astra Bank is named as beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 2015 -8601 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Astra Bank the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have
<br />been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to
<br />the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, namely: Interstate Holdings, LLC the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lots Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), Block Twenty -Two (22), in the
<br />Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 204 East 9 Street, Wood River, NE
<br />68883.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at
<br />Sutton, Clay County, Nebraska, on January 23,2018.
