<br />Instrument No. 201705629 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed July 5, 2007, by MIREYA J.
<br />BORREGO and PEDRO BORREGO, wife and husband, Trustors, in which FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK was named as Beneficiary and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on July 5, 2007, as Instrument No.
<br />2007 -05666 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned by the original Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK to US BANK NA, by virtue of
<br />an Assignment dated July 5, 2007 and filed for record on July 5, 2007, as Instrument No. 2007-
<br />05667 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L.
<br />GALLES has been appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed
<br />July 21, 2015. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
