<br />the Northwest Corner of said tract, Thence Easterly along and upon the Northerly Boundary thereof a
<br />distance of 435.6 feet; Thence Southerly and Parallel with the Westerly side of said tract and at right
<br />angles a distance of 200 feet; Thence Westerly at right angles and parallel with the Northerly side of said
<br />tract a distance of 435.7 feet; Thence Northerly along and upon the center of the road west of said tract a
<br />distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS, FIXTURES, IMPROVEMENTS AND APPURTENANCES
