KLAHN and ASHLEIGH B. KLAHN, husband and wife, <br />Trustors, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, named as Trustee, and FIRST NATIONAL <br />BANK OF OMAHA, as Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on December 4, 2015 as <br />Instrument No. 201508247 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said <br />Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />Lot Six (6) in Block Eight (8), in Morris Fifth Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment <br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust.
