Hupf, a single <br />person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Joe <br />M. Sauls II and Tammy R.
