<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood Road, Suite
<br />400, Dallas, TX 75244, without any covenant or warranty, expressed
<br />or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />The South Half (S1/2) feet of Lot Three (3) and all of
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Twenty Three (23), Scarff's
<br />Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated March 15, 2000, and recorded on March 21,
<br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Instrument No. 2000 -02212 wherein James B. Fosket,
<br />Sr.a /k /a James B. Fosket, a single person, James C. Fosket and
<br />Virginia A. Fosket, husband and wife are named Trustors; and
<br />Homeside Lending Inc. is named Beneficiary; and Ticor Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $105,573.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof.
<br />That by Substitution of Trustee dated March 22, 2001, made by
<br />Homeside Lending, Inc., Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place
