Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue, <br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee <br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable <br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as <br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch, <br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 12240 Inwood Road, Suite <br />400, Dallas, TX 75244, without any covenant or warranty, expressed <br />or implied, all of the following described real estate: <br />The South Half (S1/2) feet of Lot Three (3) and all of <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Twenty Three (23), Scarff's <br />Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by a Trust Deed dated March 15, 2000, and recorded on March 21, <br />2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska at Instrument No. 2000 -02212 wherein James B. Fosket, <br />Sr.a /k /a James B. Fosket, a single person, James C. Fosket and <br />Virginia A.
