Amendment to the Agreement for Restrictive Covenants, Restriction, and Conditions for <br />Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska <br />WHEREAS, a meeting was held with owners of Lots 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9. <br />WHEREAS, owners in attendance represent more than 2/3 of the lots within the Subdivision. <br />WHEREAS, Section 21 of the Agreement for Restrictive Covenants, Restriction, and Conditions <br />for Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska allows for modification of the <br />restrictive covenants. <br />With over 2/3 of the Subdivision lot owners present and accounted for, motions were duly made, <br />seconded and unanimously carried to accept the following: <br />BE IT RESOLVED, the following modification be included to Section 17 of the Agreement for <br />Restrictive Covenants, Restriction, and Conditions for Prairie Creek Meadows Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />The fence height restrictions of six (6) feet do not apply along property lines bordering <br />the Subdivision's outside boundary on Lots 8 and 9. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />wners of Lot 9 <br />Jake Burger <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF * `\ <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />LINDA L DUESTER <br />My Comm.
