2 = { I z � n N N co 0) MEMORANDUM REGARDING HISTORY OF EASEMENT CONTRACTS Background CO N s When recorded mail to: Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC, Land Dept, 370 Van Gordon St., Lakewood, CO 80228 This Memorandum Regarding History of Easement Contracts (this "Memorandum ") is dated effective as of 13 , 20 t) , by Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ( "Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission "), whose address is 370 Van Gordon Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228, covering certain lands in Hall County, Nebraska. The purpose of this Memorandum is to outline and clarify the current ownership of certain easement agreements and other documents referenced on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, the "Easement Contracts "). The original grantee of the Easement Contracts was Nebraska Natural Gas Company. Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission is the present owner and holder of all right, title and interest in and to the Easement Contracts and the easement, rights, and rights -of -way granted in each as well as the pipeline(s) and other equipment and appurtenances installed and constructed pursuant to the Easement Contracts. Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission operates pipeline(s) pursuant to the Easement Contracts. Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission has succeeded to the interests in the Easement Contracts granted to Nebraska Natural Gas Company, the original grantee of the Easement Contracts, as follows: 1. On October 30, 1981, Nebraska Natural Gas Company merged into Kansas - Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc. 2. On March 24, 1983, Kansas - Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc. changed its name to K N Energy, Inc. 3. On October 7, 1999, K N Energy, Inc. changed its name to Kinder Morgan, Inc. 4. On September 21, 2007, Kinder Morgan, Inc. changed its name to Knight Inc. 5. On August 24, 2009, Knight Inc. changed its name back to Kinder Morgan, Inc.
