SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3 "d St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Harriet Jean Whitcher f /k/a Harriet Jean <br />Zwiener and Charles Delano Whitcher, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Danielle C. Ihle and Eric C.
