On February 29, 2012, Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc. merged into Kinder Morgan Holdco <br />DE Inc., a Delaware corporation. <br />7. On February 29, 2012, Kinder Morgan Holdco DE Inc. merged into Kinder Morgan, Inc. <br />8. On May 30, 2012, Kinder Morgan, Inc. assigned its interest in the Easement Contracts to <br />Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC pursuant to that certain General <br />Conveyance, Assignment, and Bill of Sale recorded in the real property records of the <br />County on August 15, 2012, at Instrument Number 2012 - 06720, which is incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />9. On November 13, 2012, Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC changed its <br />name to Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC. <br />Any inquiries regarding the subject matter of this Memorandum and all notices and other <br />communications regarding the grantee of the Easement Contracts or to Tallgrass Interstate Gas <br />Transmission, LLC, should be directed to the following: <br />This Memorandum does not alter and is not intended to amend the Easement Contracts, <br />which will continue in full force and effect.
