) <br />c) <br />OD <br />When recorded mail to: Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission LLC Land Dept, 370 Van Gordon St., Lakewood, CO 80228 <br />MEMORANDUM REGARDING HISTORY OF <br />CONTRACTS <br />This Memorandum Regarding History of Contracts (this "Memorandum ") is dated <br />effective as of 13 , 20 17 , by Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, <br />LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ( "Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission "), whose <br />address is 370 Van Gordon Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228, covering certain lands in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Background <br />The purpose of this Memorandum is to outline and clarify the current ownership of <br />certain lands referenced on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference <br />(collectively, the "Contracts "). <br />Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission is the present owner and holder of all right, title <br />and interest in and to the Contracts and the rights granted in each as well as the pipeline(s) and <br />other equipment and appurtenances installed and constructed pursuant to the Contracts. <br />Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission operates pipeline(s) pursuant to the Contracts. Tallgrass <br />Interstate Gas Transmission has succeeded to the interests in the Contracts granted to Kansas - <br />Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., the original grantee of the Contracts, as follows: <br />1. On March 24, 1983, Kansas - Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc. changed its name to K <br />N Energy, Inc. <br />2. On October 7, 1999, K N Energy, Inc. changed its name to Kinder Morgan, Inc. <br />3. On September 21, 2007, Kinder Morgan, Inc. changed its name to Knight Inc. <br />4. On August 24, 2009, Knight Inc. changed its name back to Kinder Morgan, Inc. <br />5. On March 8, 2011, Kinder Morgan, Inc. changed its name to Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc. <br />
