6. On February 29, 2012, Kinder Morgan Kansas, Inc. merged into Kinder Morgan Holdco <br />DE Inc., a Delaware corporation. <br />7. On February 29, 2012, Kinder Morgan Holdco DE Inc. merged into Kinder Morgan, Inc. <br />8. On May 21, 2012, Kinder Morgan, Inc. deeded its interest in the lands to Kinder Morgan <br />Interstate Gas Transmission LLC pursuant to that certain Special Warranty Deed <br />recorded in the real property records of the County on November 5, 2012, at Instrument <br />Number 201209334, which is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />9.
