6. On February 29, 2012, Kinder Morgan Holdco DE Inc. merged into Kinder Morgan, Inc. <br />7. On May 30, 2012, Kinder Morgan, Inc. assigned its interest in the Easement Contracts to <br />Kinder Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC pursuant to that certain General <br />Conveyance, Assignment, and Bill of Sale recorded in the real property records of the <br />County on August 15, 2012, at Instrument Number 201206720, which is incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />8.
