<br />This Easement is made by and between Todd C. Enck and Kelly A. Enck, husband and wife,
<br />hereinafter referred to as the Grantor, whether one or more, and Todd C. Enck and Kelly A. Enck,
<br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee, whether one or more.
<br />Grantor in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, paid by
<br />Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto said Grantee, its
<br />successors and assigns, full and free right, liberty, and authority to enter upon and to pass and repass by
<br />any and all means, and at all times, said Easement area, for any purpose connected with the use and
<br />enjoyment of the land adjacent thereto owned by Grantee, its successors and assigns, which Easement
<br />shall be upon the back driveway to the rear garage, upon the following described real estate.

<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, NE (131 -133 N Carey)
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Thirty Seven (37), packer & Barr's Second Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County,'NE (125 -127 N Carey)
<br />To have and to hold the said Easement unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, as
<br />appurtenant to the real estate of the Grantee located immediately adjacent to said easement to the
<br />North, and said Easement shall run with the land.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOFF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the 4 41/7 day
