<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jolyne K
<br />Nelsen, a single person, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 23, 2017 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded March 6, 2017 in Instrument
<br />No 201701448 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated
<br />indebtedness of $100,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have
<br />requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Lot One (1), in Block three (3), in Valley View Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, and The Westerly Thirty (30) feet of the
<br />Northerly one hundred fifty (150) feet of that portion of vacated Short Street, from the north
<br />right of way line of Phoenix Avenue to the South right of way line of Oklahoma Avenue in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 2nd day of January , 2018.
