<br />Anderson, not personally but as Trustee on behalf of Steven F. Anderson Revocable
<br />Living Trust, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned
<br />as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office , Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, recorded as Document 201400897 on the 18th day of February 2014, and
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 19, 2013 executed by Steven F Anderson,
<br />a Single Person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office , Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document 201309851 on the 20th day of December
<br />2013, and under the Deed of Trust dated July 13, 2007 executed by Steven F
<br />Anderson, a Single Person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office , Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document 200706062 on the 18th day of July 2007,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from
<br />Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described
<br />in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />AN UNDIVIDED ONE HALF INTEREST: UNIT F IN THE GRAND ISLAND
<br />DOCTORS BUILDING CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT
<br />AND PLAN FOR GRAND ISLAND DOCTORS BUILDING CONDOMINIUM
<br />PROPERTY REGIME AND THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AND ANY
<br />AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION,
<br />GRANTS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
<br />ESTABLISHING A PLAN FOR CONDOMINIUM OWNERSHIP OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND DOCTORS BUILDING CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY REGIME, AS SET
<br />FORTH THEREIN AND OF RECORD AS INSTRUMENT NO. 80- 001693, AND
<br />FIRST AMENDMENT AS INSTRUMENT NO. 94- 102910 AND SECOND
<br />AMENDMENT AS INSTRUMENT NO. 200101878 THERETO, ALL AS
<br />CONTAINED IN THE RECORDS OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPT A TRACT OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY
<br />DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEED FILED IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS
<br />OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NO. 94- 102912.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of
<br />such Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said
<br />Trustee hereunder.
