<br />(10), Block Three (3), Ingalls Turner Subdivision, thence westerly a distance of
<br />forty-two and three tenths (423) to the point of beginning; thence southerly four and
<br />seven tenths feet (47); thence westerly twelve feet (12.0'); thence northerly four and
<br />four tenths (4.4'); thence easterly twelve feet ( 12') to the point of beginning, all in Lot
<br />Nine (9), Block Three (3), Ingalls Turner Subdivision in the Village of Cairo, Hall

<br />for the limited purposes of providing an easement to allow the encroachment of a mobile home

<br />Said easement is hereby conveyed to Grantor, his heirs and assigns and shall terminate automatically

<br />egress to said mobile home as may exist in the encroachment as above defined.
