SIMON and COLLEEN T, SIMON, Husband and Wife, Grantors, of 108 South C <br />Turner Lane, Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey, in consideration <br />of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration which is hereby acknowledged, to DENNIS <br />D. GRUENER, a Single Person, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, Grantee, the following described <br />property, <br />A tract of land composed of Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3), Ingalls Turner <br />Subdivision of the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point thirty feet (30') north of the Northeast Corner of Lot Ten <br />(10), Block Three (3), Ingalls Turner Subdivision, thence westerly a distance of <br />forty-two and three tenths (423) to the point of beginning; thence southerly four and <br />seven tenths feet (47); thence westerly twelve feet (12.0'); thence northerly four and <br />four tenths (4.4'); thence easterly twelve feet ( 12') to the point of beginning, all in Lot <br />Nine (9), Block Three (3), Ingalls Turner Subdivision in the Village of Cairo, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />for the limited purposes of providing an easement to allow the encroachment of a mobile home <br />principally located upon the northerly forty-five feet (45') of Lot Nine (9), Block Three (3), Ingalls <br />Turner Subdivision of the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said easement is hereby conveyed to Grantor, his heirs and assigns and shall terminate automatically <br />upon the removal of said mobile home as currently located upon the northerly forty-five feet (45') <br />of Lot Nine (9).
