EXHIBIT "A" <br />201708893 <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), and all of vacated alley, <br />vacated by Ordinance #3911, all in Block Five (5), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Fractional Lot One (1) in fractional Block Fifty (50) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition, and its <br />complement, fractional Lot Eight (8) in fractional Block Four (4), in Kernohan and Decker's Addition, both <br />being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four <br />(4), in Block Fifty (50), in Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />The easterly one -half (E1/2) of that portion of vacated Logan Street vacated by Ordinance #4880 lying <br />between Block Forty Nine (49) and Block Fifty (50) of Packer and Barr's Second Addition, extending from <br />the Northerly line of Third Street to the Southerly line of the Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way. <br />All of vacated Harrison Street vacated by Ordinance #4892 lying between Packer and Barr's Second <br />Addition and Kernohan and Decker's Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Attachment to Deed of Trust dated February 4, 1993, whereas Hardware Land Co. of Grand Island <br />Limited Partnership is Trustor, and Five Points Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, is Trustee. <br />
