<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated December 29, 2017, among JELINEK HARDWARE CO., A
<br />NEBRASKA CORPORATION ( "Trustor "); Five Points Bank, whose address is Broadwell Branch,
<br />2015 North Broadwell, PO Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 (referred to below sometimes as
<br />"Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary "); and Five Points Bank, whose address is P.0 Box
<br />1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 -1507 (referred to below as "Trustee ").
<br />CONVEYANCE AND GRANT. For valuable consideration, Trustor conveys to Trustee in trust, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for the benefit of Lender as Beneficiary, all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
<br />property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all
<br />easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with
<br />ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without
<br />limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the " Property ") located in HALL
<br />County, State of Nebraska:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), and all
<br />of vacated alley, vacated by Ordinance #3911, all in Block Five (5), Kernohan and Decker's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Fractional Lot One (1) in fractional Block Fifty (50) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition,
<br />and its complement, fractional Lot Eight (8) in fractional Block Four (4), in Kernohan and
<br />Decker's Addition, both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Fifty (50), in Packer and Barr's Second
