<br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Kenneth L Falldorf and Dixie A Falldorf, husband and wife, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal
<br /> Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated April 28, 2004, and recorded in the office
<br /> of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200404359, has been
<br /> paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br /> and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
