<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />March 10, 2017, by SEAN M. BROOKS and BRENDA E. KAY BROOKS, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, named as Trustee, and FIRST NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF OMAHA, as Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on March 10, 2017 as
<br />Instrument No. 201701542 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Eight (8), Block Fourteen (14), University Place, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment
<br />of the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the
<br />Trustee, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OMAHA, for all fees and costs associated with this
<br />default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute §76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation
<br />and Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in §76 -1012.
