D ue Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust <br />Y <br />wherein Plate Enterprises, LLC is Beneficiary and Kent E. Leth is Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, <br />Attorney at Law is Successor Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 3, <br />2009, and identified as Document No. 200904393, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />The Easterly Thirteen (13) feet and Four (4) inches of Fractional Lot Five (5) and <br />the Westerly Thirty -nine (39) feet and Eight (8) inches of Fractional Lot Six (6), <br />in Fractional Block Four (4), Arnold and Abbott's Addition and their <br />complement, to -wit: The Easterly Thirteen (13) feet and Four (4) inches of <br />Fractional Lot Nine (9) and the Westerly Thirty -nine (39) feet and Eight (8) <br />inches of Fractional Lot Six (6), in Fractional Block Thirteen (13), in Rollin's <br />Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested <br />that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in <br />and through the above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />The foregoin Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />frf'rli'e- foregoing , by Ronald S.
