GREGORY L. GALLES <br />was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed November 27, 2017 and <br />filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />THE EAST HALF (E1/2) OF LOTS FOURTEEN (14) AND SIXTEEN (16) IN BLOCK <br />TWELVE (12), IN COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, 1N THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of <br />the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the <br />Successor Trustee, GREGORY L.
