That affiant is named as Attorney -in -fact for Lewellyn L. Rehder n/k/a Lewellyn L. <br />Peterson, her mother, as principal, pursuant to a Durable Power of Attorney executed <br />on October 17, 2005. The Durable Power of Attorney is attached hereto at Exhibit A <br />and is incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. The Durable Power of Attorney made by Lewellyn L. Rehder on October 17, 2005 <br />designated her husband, Richard R. Rehder, as her primary Attorney In Fact, <br />however, Richard R. Rehder died on December 21, 2006 and as a result the alternate <br />Attorney In Fact designated in said Durable Power of Attorney is the daughter of the <br />Principal, namely Brenda Kehler as the alternate Attorney In Fact for her. <br />3. That as of the date hereof, affiant has no knowledge of any termination or revocation <br />of said Power of Attorney by the principal named in paragraph 1 above. <br />4.
