REEDER, an undivided one -fifth <br />interest, LLOYD REEDER, an undivided one -fifth interest, JAMES REEDER, an <br />undivided one -fifth interest, SHARON REEDER, an undivided one -fifth interest, DANIEL <br />REEDER, an undivided one -tenth interest, and PHILLIP REEDER, an undivided one - <br />tenth interest, as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1/2NW1/4) of Section <br />Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West <br />of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska <br />Subject to the provisions of subparagraph 6 of the First Amendment to the Revocable <br />Trust Agreement of Mildred M. Reeder, dated April 10, 2007, which grants to Bruce W. <br />Reeder the lifetime right to occupy and farm the above real estate, subject to conditions <br />stated therein. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to <br />distribution of the above - described real estate from said Trust.
