<br />N01100 DOLLARS ($65,000.00), received from Grantee, does grant,

<br />called the Grantee, the following - described real property in Hall

<br />Three (3) , in Arnold Place-, an, Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Islaxnd, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;

<br />Lot Four (Q., ELock Five (5) , Spaulding and
<br />Gregg's Addition to the City of Viand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE ATD TO HOLD the. above- described premises together

<br />partners, staff and such other persons as Grantor shall permit to

<br />parking, also retains a right of ingress and egress over and upon
<br />the real estate described in this deed, to the extent necessary
<br />to permit unrestricted access to such parking spaces throughout
<br />the term of this license.
