<br />The Grantor, 1203 PARTNERSHIP, a Nebraska general partnership
<br />.organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, in consideration of SIXTY -FIVE THOUSAND AND
<br />N01100 DOLLARS ($65,000.00), received from Grantee, does grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DANNY K. OBERG, herein
<br />called the Grantee, the following - described real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:

<br />Spaulding.and Gregg's Addition {to'the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and its
<br />complement, Fractional Lot Three (3), Block
<br />Three (3) , in Arnold Place-, an, Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Islaxnd, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />and
<br />Lot Four (Q., ELock Five (5) , Spaulding and
<br />Gregg's Addition to the City of Viand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE ATD TO HOLD the. above- described premises together
<br />with all tene�ents, hered :�.aments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee:end to Grantee's heirs and assigns

<br />offer the real estate first for purchase by the Grantor upon the
<br />same terms and conditions of that :specified in the offer, and
<br />Grantor shall have a period of ten 110) days after receipt of
<br />such written offer to sell, to accept or reject such of.fc_r by
<br />written notice.
<br />Grantor further retain an irrevocable license to run with
<br />the real estate for a period of seven (7) years after the date of
<br />this deed for seven (7) parking spaces upon the above - described
<br />real estate, each of a si2e at least sufficient to accommodate
<br />full size automobiles for use by its employees, agents, clients,
<br />partners, staff and such other persons as Grantor shall permit to
<br />use such parking. Grantor, in conjunction with such license fdr
<br />parking, also retains a right of ingress and egress over and upon
<br />the real estate described in this deed, to the extent necessary
<br />to permit unrestricted access to such parking spaces throughout
<br />the term of this license.
