BRASEE, husband and wife, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration received from <br />GRANTEE, Karen L. Brasee, Trustee of the KAREN L. BRASEE REVOCABLE TRUST dated <br />September 23, 2005, and restated November 17, 2016, conveys to Grantee, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Nev. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Lot 15, Block 3, Replat of Riverside Acres, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, as surveyed, platted and recorded in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that <br />GRANTOR: (1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record; (2) has legal power and law <br />authority to convey the same; and (3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the <br />lawful claims of all persons. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on November le, 2017 by <br />Carl R.
