<br />Grand Island Public School District, herein called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto
<br />the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a partof vacated College
<br />Street, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, the thirty (30.0) foot wide utility easement and right
<br />of-way tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />A tract of land located in part of Scarfs Addition to West Lawn, city of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and more particulaly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southwest comer of Block 4, Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, said
<br />point being the point of beginning; Thence east, along the south line of Block 4, Block 3,
<br />and Block 2, Scarffs Addition to West Lawn, to a point being the southeast comer of said
<br />Block 2, Scarffs Addition to West Lawn; Thence south, 30 feet along the west right-of-
<br />way line of Lafayette Avenue; Thence west and parallel to said south line of Block 4,
<br />Block 3, and Block 2, Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, to a point on the east right-of-way
<br />line of Custer Avenue and said point being 30 feet south of said southwest comer of
<br />Block 4, Scarffs Addition to West Lawn; Thence north, along said east right -of -way line
<br />of Custer Avenue, 30 feet to the point of beginning.
