<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />WHEREAS, in an, action in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, wherein Commercial Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association, a corporation,, was Plaintiff and'LaVern J. Miller,
<br />and others, were Defendants, being filed as Case No.'95 -14 #,
<br />there was entered „ on February 22, 1989, a Decree of foreclosure
<br />finding that there was due Plaintiff the sum set forth in
<br />Plaintiff's Petition, and unless Defendants., or one of them,
<br />within twenty days from the date of said Decree pays to
<br />Plaintiff, the amount so found due with.interest and Costs, that
<br />David C. Huston, Master Commissioner',,-,should sell as upon
<br />execution, according to law, the real estate hereinafter
<br />described; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the Master
<br />Commissioner did, on April 19, 19.89, having first given due and
<br />leg4.L `ft; tice of the time and place: of said sale' as provided by
<br />law, ?:sfa:13 . , said property at public auction to Commercial Federal

<br />thereafter assign its bid to the..Federal Home Loam Mortgage
<br />Corporation; and

<br />was then andi.there ordered and directed by said Court to execute
<br />and deliver to said Purchaser a deed conveying said property in

<br />consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powers vested
<br />in me by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and.said Decree of
