DACA45 -2 -00 -6022 <br />CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />WHEREAS, on the 24th day of April 2000, HALL COUNTY and the CENTRAL <br />PLATTE NATURAL RESOURCES DISTRICT, political subdivisions of the State of <br />Nebraska, as tenants in common, hereinafter referred to as the grantee, were granted Easement <br />No. DACA45 -2 -00 -6022 in perpetuity for a right -of -way for construction, maintenance, <br />inspection, repair and operation of drainage channels and for the flowage of any waters in, over, <br />upon or through such drainage channels, over, in, and upon certain lands of the United States; and <br />WHEREAS, said right —of -way only covered a portion of the drainage channels located on <br />the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant; and <br />WHEREAS, the grantee has requested that the Government grant a right -of -way for the <br />existing drainage channels over the entire length of the drainage channels located on the <br />Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant; and <br />WHEREAS, the requested additional land is available for the grantee's perpetual use, and it <br />is in the best interest of the Government to amend the aforesaid easement; <br />NOW THEREFORE, effective 1 June 2000, in consideration of the premises, Easement <br />No. DACA45 -2 -00 -6022 is amended in the following particular but in no other: <br />The granting clause of the easement is amended by adding the areas described in <br />Exhibit "C ", dated 24 May 2000, to the right -of -way of the said easement. Exhibit "C" is <br />attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand by authority of the Secretary of the <br />Army, this 3 4,;�- day of a 2000. <br />Ric L.
