<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by USHER INVESTMENTS,
<br />LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated July 16, 2013 and recorded July 16, 2013 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#201305732 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Block Nine (9), South Park, now vacated, in the Southwest Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SW1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning on the southerly line of Block Nine (9), South Park, now vacated, 160 feet easterly of the
<br />southwesterly corner thereof; thence easterly along the southerly line of said Block Nine (9), a distance of
<br />104 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; thence northerly along the easterly line of Block Nine (9), a
<br />distance of 76.75 feet to the southerly line of the Burlington Northern Railroad right of way; thence
<br />southwesterly along said Railroad right of way line a distance of 108.55 feet; thence southerly parallel to
<br />the easterly line of said Block Nine (9), a distance of 45.65 feet to the point of beginning and that portion
<br />of vacated Washington Street adjacent thereto
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
