<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 1, 2011 executed by Donald D Mehring,
<br />and Marilyn J Mehring, husband and wife as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument Number
<br />0201108317 on the 3rd day of November, 2011 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the
<br />Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot One (1); Conestoga North Twelfth Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot One (1); thence Westerly, along and upon the
<br />South line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Three Hundred Eighty -one and Fifty -eight
<br />Hundredths (381.58) feet to a point on the prolongation of the West line of Lot Seven (7),
<br />Conestoga North Subdivision; thence Northerly, along an upon said prolongation, a
<br />distance of One Hundred Forty -eight (148.0) feet; thence Easterly parallel with the South
<br />line of said Lot One (1), a distance of Sixty -four and Seventy -four Hundredths (64.74) feet;
<br />thence Southerly, parallel with the West line of said Lot Seven (7), Conestoga North
<br />Subdivision, a distance of Twenty (20.0) feet; thence Easterly, parallel with the South line
<br />of said Lot One (1); a distance of Three Hundred Seventeen (317.0) feet to a point on the
<br />East line of said Lot One (1); thence Southerly, along and upon the East line of said Lot
<br />One (1), a distance of One Hundred Twenty -eight (128.0) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been
<br />fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such
<br />Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of December 2017.
