Diers Ave., PO Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 (referred to <br />below as "Lender "). <br />ASSIGNMENT. For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby assigns, grants a continuing security <br />interest in, and conveys to Lender all of Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to the Rents <br />from the following described Property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: <br />That part of Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of Block Eighty -Nine (89) of the Original <br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the North - Easterly corner of said Block Eighty -Nine (89) and running thence <br />Westerly along the southerly line of First Street, a distance of One Hundred and Fifty -Two <br />(152') feet; thence in a southerly direction and at right angles with said First Street a <br />distance of Sixty Feet (60'); thence in a easterly direction and parallel with said First Street <br />a distance of One Hundred and Nineteen and Six Tenths (119.6') feet to the Westerly line <br />of Locust Street; thence Northerly along the west side of Locust Street to the place of <br />beginning, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Property or its address is commonly known as 205 W 1ST ST, GRAND ISLAND , NE <br />68801 -6017. <br />CROSS- COLLATERALIZATION.
