<br />The undersigned, AREND R. BAACK, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Construction
<br />Security Agreement Commercial Construction Real Estate Deed of Trust ( "Deed of Trust ") dated
<br />July 25, 2013, wherein CARNIVORES MEAT SUPPLY, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company, is the Grantor, which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on July 26, 2013, as Instrument No. 201306000; as modified by a
<br />Construction Security Agreement Deed of Trust Modification Agreement dated October 25,
<br />2014, executed by CARNIVORES MEAT SUPPLY, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />as Borrower, and SAMUEL H. PRILL and GAILA J. PRILL, Husband and Wife, as Current
<br />Record Owners, and recorded November 24, 2014, as Instrument No. 201407436; and contains
<br />as trust property the following- described real estate:
<br />Lot Six (6), Westgate Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />which is commonly known as 3721 W. Old Potash Hwy, Grand Island, Nebraska;
<br />together with all easements, appurtenances, abutting streets and alleys, improvements, buildings,
<br />fixtures, tenements, hereditaments, equipment, rents, income, profits and royalties, personal
<br />goods of whatever description and all other rights and privileges including all minerals, oil, gas,
<br />water (whether groundwater, subterranean or otherwise), water rights (whether riparian,
<br />appropriate or otherwise, and whether or not appurtenant to the above - described real property),
<br />wells, well permits, ditches, ditch rights, reservoirs, reservoir rights, reservoir sites, storage
<br />rights, dams and water stock that may now, or at any time in the future, be located on and/or used
<br />in connection with the above - described real property, payment awards, amounts received from
<br />eminent domain, amounts received from any and all insurance payments, and timber which may
<br />now or later be located, situated, or affixed on and used in connection therewith; all of which
<br />was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property ";
<br />hereby gives notice of default in respect to obligations secured by that Deed of Trust for the
<br />reason that payments of principal and interest due in respect to the note secured by that Deed of
<br />Trust have not been paid when due and are now delinquent since September 1, 2017.
