Hansen f /k/a Jennifer A. Florez <br />and Dustin Hansen, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Clemente M. Sanchez and Jessica J.
