PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST DEED

<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, BIG B, INC., a Nebraska Corporation; LITTLE B'S
<br />CORP., a Nebraska Corporation; BAXTER CATTLE COMPANY, a Nebraska Corporation and Thomas
<br />S. Baxter and Elizabeth Lea Baxter, husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska,
<br />by Deed of Trust dated the 14th day of May, 1992, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 21st day of May, 1992, in Document # 92- 104367 of
<br />the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure the
<br />payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein;
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have been nartial!y
<br />tiu::v��vd.
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in
<br />consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of One Dollar to me in hand paid, the
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the
<br />present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or
<br />owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following
<br />portion of the property, set forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit:
<br />The West One -Half of the Southwest Quarter (W % SW 1/4) of Section Twelve (12), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom
<br />however the real estate previously conveyed to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska described in
<br />Documents No. 84 -005021 Thru 84- 005028 as shown in the records of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds, to the extent not previously released.
<br />To Have And To Hold The Same, Together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging forever. And further, that, as to the above described property only, the said Trust Deed
