Water Main District No. 388 in the City of Grand lbland,� Ne>braskk,. is hereby created for the laying of a sue inch watermain with its appurtenances-in -Pubac Reath, also known as Wetzel Drive, in Wetzel's Subdivision. SECTION 2.
