Zavodny and Susanne R. Zavodny, Husband and Wife, to Adams County Bank, Trustee, <br />for the benefit of Adams County Bank, Beneficiary named herein, said Deed of Trust being <br />dated 14th day of April, 2017 and recorded in the office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on April 14, 2017, as Instrument #201702383 been paid, and said Beneficiary <br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the <br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee, does by these presents, <br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate <br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in and to the following described <br />premises, to -wit: <br />Lot Five (5), Pleasant View Fifteenth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances as belonging <br />to such premises. <br />On this 21st day of November, 2017, before me a Notary Public, duly commissioned, <br />qualified for and residing in said County, Personally came Kevin A.
