Kearney and Daniel L. DeNeui, <br />wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Mandee M. Lade and Jerry W.
