Milton and Mary K. Quanz Milton <br />f /k/a Mary K. Quanz, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Charles M. Hastings and Karen T.
