Eugene Armstrong and Bess R. Armstrong, Husband and Wife , <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed '.and delivered unto <br />Lender a certain Note secured by a mortgage upon that real <br />estate described as: <br />The North Sixty Six (66) Feet of Lot One (1), Block Ele*-�� (11), in Claussen <br />Country View Addition, an Addition to the City of Grard`.Ssland, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />which Mortgage was dated may , 2% 87, and filed for <br />record on May 1 , 19 87 , in the a1ftee of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 87- 102509 ; <br />WHEREAS, such Mortgage had a stated maturity date of <br />May 1 , 19 88; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Eacrower have mutually agreed to renew <br />and extend the indebtedne�53 secured by such Mortgage.. <br />NOW, THEREFORZ, in consideration of such renewal and <br />extension,,-the - parties hereto give notice "in accord with' <br />NEB.
