<br />descnibed below and the manner and teens thergot
<br />2. Ordinance No. 75.55 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent
<br />according to law, and notice of such sale .and, .the terms thereof were published in the
<br />c,mad: Island Daily. jh#epeudent for three successive weeks, on April 4, AprO,11, April
<br />. Nw, all as regc k*d. bq:Section 16.20,'7 R.R.S. 1941'.
<br />3. No remonstra m against such sate was filed, with the City Council of the Cite
<br />Crrarcl Island, Nebraska, within thirny. days of the passage and publication of Ordinance
<br />NI. 7555.
<br />Section 5 of Ordinance No, 7555 provides that if no remonstrance be filed

<br />is hereby authorize `Withouttirther action on, behalf of tine City Council.
<br />NqW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation
<br />in. Call County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received
<br />: &zm Gramtee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell; convey, and confirm unto
<br />- DEBORAH LYNN KOCI,
<br />a single person, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in gull
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Block Fivr.- (5), Evans Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;. and that part of Evans
<br />Street vacated by Ordinance No. 559
<br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises.
<br />To have and to hold the above described Prenikes unto the Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's heirs, dewiwes, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns forever, so
<br />long as the Grantee- ligforms all of the covenants and obligations contained in paragraph
<br />6 of the "Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate" recorded as Document No. 89102272
