<br />DOUGLAS R. PETERSEN AND TAMARA K. PETERSEN, husband and wife, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the

<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. The centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide easement
<br />and right -of -way tract being more particularly described as follows:

<br />Twenty (20), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; thence N89 °15'41'W, along the northerly line of said Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4), a distance of one thousand one hundred nine and ninety four
<br />hundredths (1,109.94) feet; thence S00 °43'55 "W, a distance forty five (45.0) feet to a
<br />point on the southerly right -of -way line of One -R Road, said point being the ACTUAL
<br />Point of Beginning; thence continuing S00 °43'55 "W, a distance of five hundred fifty
<br />three and thirty four hundredths (553.34) feet; thence S18 °25'12 "E, a distance of three
<br />hundred sixty five and eighty seven hundredths (365.87) feet; thence S00 °14'11 "W, a
