<br />NOMINEE FOR FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS as
<br />Beneficiary, and said Deed of Trust was recorded 06/17/2016 as Document # 201603742 of Official Records of
<br />HALL County, State of Nebraska;
<br />THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF
<br />NEBRASKA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT FOUR (4), IN MEADOW LANE SUBDIVISION,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee, and said original trustee has been notified by mail. Therefore, the undersigned, as present
