<br />HALL County, State of Nebraska;
<br />THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HALL, STATE OF
<br />NEBRASKA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT FOUR (4), IN MEADOW LANE SUBDIVISION,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />And whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
